MEET AND GREET INFORMATION:
VIP check-in will occur 30 Minutes prior to the doors open time at the main venue entrance (time subject to change). Please have your VIP Passes printed out or available for viewing on your phone for easy check-in. And please have your ID ready so we can match it to the name on the order. All VIP merchandise will be available for pickup during the meet and greet, and will not be mailed out under any circumstances. Additional VIP-specific details are provided in your confirmation email following your purchase. National Acts will also send out an email to all VIPs the day before the show with more information.

Please be aware that neither ONE DAY ALIVE nor NATIONAL ACTS maintain any affiliation with the venue at which the band's performance is scheduled. The Meet and Greet packages are exclusively administered by NATIONAL ACTS on behalf of the band. Consequently, the venue will not possess any information regarding the Meet and Greet packages offered by the band. For inquiries concerning your Meet and Greet package, please direct your queries to National Acts HERE.
Any questions pertaining to event logistics such as set times, general admission tickets, additional performing artists, age restrictions, or venue directions should be directed to the venue directly.
On occasion, the items included in the Meet and Greet Package may sell out or become unavailable. ONE DAY ALIVE
and NATIONAL ACTS retain the right to alter the contents of the Meet and Greet Packages at any time, contingent upon item availability. Non-receipt of specific items stipulated in the package does not warrant eligibility for a refund or discount. ONE DAY ALIVE and NATIONAL ACTS are not responsible for mailing merchandise that was not collected at the meet and greet.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales of Tickets & VIP packages are considered final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
Service fees attached to VIP packages are also non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
