MEET AND GREET INFORMATION:
The meet and greets typically take place during the early afternoon on the day of the show. However, please be advised that the exact timing may be subject to change. We recommend that you plan to be present at the venue by 4 PM on the day of the event, although this is a preliminary estimate and not the confirmed meet and greet time. Within 24 hours prior to the show, you will receive an email from National Acts, disclosing the confirmed meet and greet time and location at the venue. You will collect your VIP merchandise during the meet and greet.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales of Concert Tickets & VIP Packages are considered final and non-refundable unless the show is canceled.
Service fees attached to Concert Tickets & VIP Packages are also non-refundable under all circumstances, including event cancellations.
