All Ticket purchases made through National Acts are final and non-refundable, except when an event is officially canceled with no rescheduled or replacement date announced, or when National Acts approves a refund for a purchaser who is unable to attend a rescheduled event.
If an event is officially canceled with no rescheduled or replacement date announced, eligible refunds are limited to the face value of the Tickets and will be issued to the original payment method.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your Tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a face-value refund by contacting National Acts. All refund requests are subject to approval. Refund requests for any other reason will not be approved, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
All service and processing fees are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. By completing your purchase and agreeing to the waiver during checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Event dates, times, venues, performers, supporting acts, lineups, schedules, and other event details are subject to change. Changes to performers, supporting acts, lineups, schedules, venues, or other event details do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund.
